  • Any and all available evidence that you wish to present to the BCMR’s and/or VA for consideration;

  • Pertinent VA rating decision(s) and/or VA notification letter(s) of contention;

  • A written plan of action that strategically proposes the steps we take to prepare your application, claim, and/or appeal.

These steps are followed-up by preparing and presenting a completed claim and/or perfected appeal to the VA; and/or, an application to the BCMR’s, as well as by subsequent prosecution of the same, on your behalf.

You will receive personalized, constant communication during the entirety of your representation.
