This email is to give credit for help received by Veteran adviser Ben Reed. My Name is Don Troutman and I have been dealing with the VA for several years on hearing loss and have been denied 3 times.  With Ben's assistance and with him explaining how the VA system works I was able to get a 50% Disability Rating. I have dealt with lots of other VA advisers, Ben is truly a Veterans advocate.
